Make-up Lessons
I try to offer one general make-up lesson date during the semester for everyone to use to cover a missed lesson. If you anticipate missing a lesson and you contact me ahead of time, we may be able to reschedule during that week for another day/time. I try to be flexible as I at times am forced to reschedule due to various concerts and events. If I cancel a lesson, I will offer a make-up lesson at that time. If an appropriate date cannot be established, you will receive a refund for the amount of one lesson.
Lesson Payments
All payments should be made payable to: Family Music Studio and sent to 1622 Ashley Dr. Lebanon, IN 46052
I will provide monthly payment envelopes at the beginning of the semester. All payments are due on the first of each month. Please contact Barb Walters with billing questions. 765.891.1241
Recitals
Recitals are not required but strongly encouraged! The 2009-2010 Recital schedule is below:
All recitals are held at Grace Baptist Church, 3001 Elm Swamp Road, Lebanon. Directions: From Walmart in Lebanon, go north on 39. Turn right onto Anderson Lane (Witham Memorial Hospital is on the corner). At the stop sign, turn left onto Elm Swamp. Grace Baptist is the second church on the right.
